Rimmer Posted August 17, 2012 Share Posted August 17, 2012 Police Colonel seriously injured in Jomtien road crash PATTAYA:--A Police Colonel was seriously injured after his Police Vehicle rear-ended a 10-wheel truck on the Sukhumvit Road in Jomtien late on Thursday Night. Police Colonel Chaichana, Acting Superintendent of Panat Nikom Police Station, close to Chonburi City, was rushed to the Bangkok Hospital Pattaya suffering from a suspected skull fracture and other more minor injuries. The driver of the truck, Khun Apiwat aged 45 claimed he was driving normally when he felt a jolt from behind. It was confirmed by local Police the position of the truck seemed to confirm this claim.
