August 21, 201213 yr Just came back from Makro and there is no hambuger beef patties available except for shrimp, chicken and pork. Anyone knows any major producer for regular ground beef patties in commercial package ?

August 23, 201213 yr we make our own for commercial use much cheaper and a better product, wont give to much away but different cuts of ground meat is available at macro google for info on the best mix of cuts

Slightly off the topic but if you grind your own beef then add 20% pork fat, the texture and the flavour are vastly improved.
