Suggestions For Finding Someone Or Number?

Featured Replies

I have an old business partners ID card (expired now), Name etc, as well as their house registration..been out of contact for 3 years or so and am trying to contact them. I am thinking it would be difficult to find any relevant phone number becaue the house may not have a land line and cell phones are hard to track down. .since the address information is out of province (in the north) does anyone have suggestions on how to track the person or a phone number down? Thinking writing a letter with my phone # enclosed may be the easiest way.. Don't really want to waste a trip for a relatively small issue.

Thanks for any ideas.

Why would he leave his Id card to you? House have no landline? Try calling his local Ampure. I guess they can give you his phone number.

Try the simple things first, enter his name on Google, Facebook etc.

sorry if its not clear - Thai person, and just info I gleamed from work docs. ie - house reg copies and id card copies etc..

Yup thats one of my ideas semper..

Phone the local Police to where he lives, if you have the name there is a good chance someone there will know him, particularly if its a small town.

don't bother the police to check for you

and most homes in Thailand do not have land lines

if the issue is worth a trip go up, enjoy thailand along the way

if not, just drop it
