Gym With Qualified Personal Trainers

Featured Replies

Can anyone recommend a gym in the city that has qualified (people who know what they're doing, not necessarily certificated) personal trainers? Thanks in advance.

Powerhouse off Nimmenhymen Rd and California Wow at airport plaza.

Isn't California Wow closed/closing?

Yup, California Wow has gone belly up.

California is also way overpriced. YouTube and Google can give you most of what you want.

Shangri La hotel has qualified staff, no idea about cost.

Trainer for cardio or for pushing weights seriously .

I think you should look on the internet as to the exercises you may need to do.Most gyms have all the equipment for the training you may need. There are expensive places, with so called trainers.I go to a gym in Nong Hoi just south of the Holiday Inn. ฿900 gives me 30 visits and I think that is good value at ฿30 a visit.Just look at my avatar and you can be a handsome man like me!

Lol.

Smallest gym in town, always over populated with thais, charges 3500/month. You'd better off go to Fitness Thailand or Shangri-La.

Fitness Thailand is 1000/month

And 4000/month for 10 hrs of personal training.
