Thanks for the compliment, a mate just phoned to tell me about it. I have tuned out of tv and Thailand,moved to Bali, a much different breed of expat here. They are not "sexpats as in Los.as the cost of living here is so much higher,visa,$1000',must have medical cover,life ins and 3rd party cover, must employ a maid etc. Therefore the expats here come from a much higher social economic level than in Los..ie. They have more money because they had better jobs,higher incomes than most sexpats in Los.the conversations here don't revolve around paying 20baht for a 10 trip or how they have been ripped off by a bg. Generally, living here is like a breath of fresh air. Aveagoodday.
