The connecting flight from Vienna got delayed. Delayed passengers got put on another plane and it was overfilled. can you explain this but It turns out that this flight, was the last time I saw her again. She died about 3 months later. On the trip over she had to take medication, which pretty much knocked her out on the flight. One of my relatives got sick. I was going to fly back with her, but she said she could fly back on her own. (Since she had gotten used to the flying--it was only the take offs and landings that were really scary.) @pseudolus--the threads getting a bit old. cdnvic said he didn't want to clean this up anymore, and whatever it is I would say--would create more mess for him to clean up. So I will try my best to refrain from further discussion (unless it's to answer questions so people don't think I made this entire thing up.) Fair enough. But the illusion you created and the sympathy you drew upon in the belief this brit ruined your very last moment, you should apologise to him for that, the brit, and maybe all brits, at least in your dreams and thoughts if not for real. Then there is the legion who complain about red shirts and the current government, there is about 20 of them. Whoops forgot about the Pattaya bashers. Any thread that has any mention of women gets the Pattaya bashing treatment. Then there is the hooker bashers which are kind of like the Pattaya bashers but more cosmopolitan. It came from the "Grumpiest Ex Pat in Bangkok" thread, which was one of my favorites. One of the questions in the thread was as to ownership of the particular ex pat. The British "won" and "had to claim ownership". I thought it was funny. As to 2dogz, I apologize to anyone who was mislead, it was not intentional. I apologize to any of our genuinely good regular TV posters who were caught in the crossfire. I apologize to theblether for dragging him into this. I apologize to cdnvic for having to clean up this thread. No further apologies will be forthcoming. If the individual who was on the flight is reading this, any other civilized human being would have just changed seats. You need to stop "living with" that. " Oh, and by the way. Planes themselves are never over filled. The passengers can not get through check in if there is no seat. All this talk of "over filled, they put others onto other planes" is rubbish when you are talking about an international flight leaving Europe. You make it sound like a hotel room, or a bus, and that suddenly 400 passengers tried to get onto a plane with 350 seats. Over fill put onto another plane? lol. I have to admit I don't stalk the pages of TV looking for what you refer to as 'Thai Haters' but regardless I simply do not see people who constantly moan about Thailand and Thai people - I do see expats who are hyper sensitive to any criticism of life here but I've already given my thoughts on why that is. I don't personlally know anyone who lives a happy life in Thailand who is sensitive to others complaining about life here. I do personally know one expat who claimed to live a happy life here and certainly was hyper sensitive to others making even the slightest criticism of Thailand, Thais or life here.
