PATTAYA:--A Bank worker was lucky to escape with her life following a road crash on the Sukhumvit Road in the Na-Jomtien area on Friday Afternoon.

Khun Gitayar aged 32 works for the Tanachart Bank branch at Central Festival Pattaya Beach and was driving to meet a customer when she lost concentration for a split-second and left the main carriageway. Her car hit a pylon located in the central reservation which caused a fire.

A passer-by was able to rescue the unconscious woman from the burning car just-in-time. Khun Gitayar suffered facial injuries and suspected internal injuries and was taken to Hospital.
