BTS to Saphan Taksin and then a ferry if my memory serves is about a 20 minute journey down stream. Many boats every hour; just turn up, buy a ticket and away you go smile.png

it's upstream!!

the station is called wang lang pier or pran nok i think.

If before 7:20pm, take the boat as suggested by above posters.

If between 7:20 and 8:30, and it's a weekday then you could take the BTS to national stadium and take the canal boat. At the last stop, grab the 511 bus, at Pata take a 146 or 149 to Sirirat.

If after 8:30pm then take BTS to Wongwianyai, walk across Wongwianyai and take 149 bus or the very regular songtaew to sirirat.

If BTS is closed, then walk up Wireless road and catch 511 bus on sukhumwit.

If post 3am you are trapped with no hope and must wait for the first chao praya boats at about 6 am.

You can check the route Silom/Saladaeng to Wang Lang (Siriraj) , from this website http://www.transitbangkok.com/showBestRoute.php?from=Silom%2FSala+Daeng&to=Wang+Lang+%28Siriraj%29&originSelected=false&destinationselected=false〈=en'>http://www.transitbangkok.com/showBestRoute.php?from=Silom%2FSala+Daeng&to=Wang+Lang+%28Siriraj%29&originSelected=false&destinationselected=false〈=en
