I am looking to rent a unit in an older Condo anywhere in Bangkok. The reason is I need SPACE and most units of new Condos only have 25-35 sqm at ridiculous prices.

Found an offer at Commonwealth Condo, 72 sqm at 12K, which would suit my needs.

Is the place any good ?

or any other suggestions for other inexpensive Condos in the same price / square category ?

The one in Pinklao?

There are a lot of roadworks due to an underpass being built, but this will hopefully be completed soon.The building looks and feels a bit dated BUT the price you quoted is excellent value for money providing the actual condo is in good shape.
