What Happened To Thaivisa?

Featured Replies

I don't know if it was just me, but this is the first time i've managed to get onto Thaivisa in about 3/4 days. I can often get the site up, but unable to scroll past the 'pinned' items. Other time I would get 'unable to connect' responses etc. It was not just this local forum, but all forums.

Anyone else had problems?

I've run into that a few times lately too.... I've put it down to "traffic overload", usually comes back in a short time...... hit the refresh button.....

Yep - I too have been having problems. pages hanging and 'unable to process your request' type messages.

Like so many heavily scripted pages, they actually take forever to load. Gmail is similar - but at least they have a "plain html" version which is no problem...

Scripting error, that is also who you have to hit post more than once at times.

I've had the occasional page load problem, too, but pressing F5 has always solved it, ie loaded the page. I think my Internet service provider is sending me on a roundabout way to the ThaiVisa server. On my desktop computer I changed the DNS server to the Google DNS and that solved the problem. I should do the same on this laptop on which I am working at the moment. Tomorrow, perphaps; bedtime in Switzerland now.

The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place
