10,000 Yabba Tablets seized and suspected drug courier arrested in Chonburi City

CHONBURI:--10,000 Yabba Tablets were seized and a suspected drug courier was arrested by Chonburi Police on Tuesday.

Police Colonel Suvichan, Deputy Provincial Police Commander announced the arrest and seizure at a press conference attended by the suspect, Khun Chayatorn aged 37, who was arrested at the culmination of a long-running investigation into the man who is thought to be working for a network of dealers who are currently incarcerated at Bang Kwang Prison in Bangkok and Chonburi Central Prison, who are able to coordinate their drug dealing networks from behind bars.

Khun Chayatorn is a courier who is paid 2 to 3,000 Baht every time he successfully drops consignments of drugs to locations around Chonburi Province after collecting the drugs from AyutthayaProvince in Central Thailand.
