Popular Post Beechboy Posted September 12, 2012 Popular Post Posted September 12, 2012 For the attention of all fellow light sleepers and all others who may be interested: Some time ago on this Board there was a thread about the disturbing effects of night-time noise, especially in LOS. The annoyance,to some, of constantly barking dogs instigated it. In the ensuing discussion on earplugs I praised the Boots product 'Muffles' as being the most effective that I had ever used. These were wax. These have now been replaced by a new and more advanced product: Boots 'Soft Silicone Earplugs.' These are even better than Muffles, in fact they are incredible. They are a bit more expensive, but can be halved with one half in each ear, without loss of effect, and can be used many times over. Boots do online sales. 4

Chicog Posted September 13, 2012 Posted September 13, 2012 I find ThaiBev's "Chang" to be very effective at screening out unwanted noise.

Beechboy Posted September 13, 2012 Author Posted September 13, 2012 I find ThaiBev's "Chang" to be very effective at screening out unwanted noise. Do you empty the contents of the bottles before putting them in your ears?
