Have been reading the motorcycle related threads in this section, and it seems it just aint worth even trying to ship anything decent into thailand.

Cant say i have seen anything mentioned about Q plates motorbikes.

Ok so if its a shiny factory made bike the customs people will take you for a ride.(pardon the pun)

what if youre trying to import a one off custom that probably thai people have never seen anything like before? still not worth it? would one off bikes appeal to thai's seeing theyre not so easy to work on?

my project bike is nearly finished, hopefully soon(but could be a few years) a land deal over here(uk) could see me with enough capital to make a move to thailand much much easier.

i dont realy intend on selling it but would it be worth even considering the import route?

also, what about shipping machinery and tools? sell here and buy out there?

thanks for reading
