Any Really Nice Hotel/resort Pools - For Non Guests

Featured Replies

Another request.. ^.^

Any members know of a really nice hotel/resort pool (preferably where you can order food and/or drinks. poolside bar/restaurant?) that is open to non guests?

A major plus would be it not being swamped by guests too (rather selfish i know, but putting it out there anyway!) laugh.png .

Looking for an indulgence with a friend (a rare thing for me!), so hoping to find something really nice.

Thank you!

The kantary Hills hotel pool is lovely, open to the public...and being a rather expensive hotel it doesnt collect the riff raff.

and even better, they do SAGA tours from Kantary, I know as i was looking to dump my mum somewhere!!............so the pool has a few sedate....or sedated swimmers,

worth enquiring anyway.

Shangri La

The Ratti Lanna is open to fitness club members, the pool is not chlorinated and has poolside bar. 5000B for 6 months. Not sure if you can go without membership. Certainly for food, but on the promise you're going to buy a drink in the pool I'm not sure.

The Centre Of The Universe Pool (google therealcentreoftheuniverse).

NOT located in a hotel or spa, but a really nice salt water pool with chaises and umbrellas and poolside food and drinks.

Highly recommended.

if you don't mind the hike, Horizon Village's public pool (includes gym) is quite nice... 100 baht and you can also see the gardens. No poolside bar, but a restaurant a few paces away. There's a couple of others, but don't think they're open to non-guests.

I used to be a fitness club member there, and can say it is very very nice place to hang out poolside. Salt water pool with an ozone purification system. And on the Ping river, with a bit of a rural view. Nothing spectacular, but pretty much in town with no concrete visible.

There is a swim up bar, the towels are super thick Egyptian cotton (does this sound like tour company spam?) and the staff treat all like royalty.

Love the place, but it was just too far to travel to every day for me.

Not sure about daily use; I had the 6 mo. deal. Probably if you are ordering food and/or drinks, you'll get poolside privileges, but check ahead to be sure.

Almost at the end of Changklan road headed south, left side, just before the road makes a sharp bend to the right and ends up at Superhighway.

Check it out eekers, you'll be glad you did.
