90 Days Report - Certificate Of Residence

Hi,

Does one still need to do the 90 days report if he obtained a Certificate of Residence before the 90 days report was due?

I obtained the Certification of Residence on 12 September and my 90 days report is on 22 September. Do I still have to go to the immigration office to report/prove my address even though I did the same for the Certificate of Residence last week?

Unless you filled out a TM.47 form you do.

Yes you will still have to do your 90 day report.

You could of done it on the 12th since you can now do the reports 15 days early.

Has this recently been changed because I was told by the immigration officer that you can only report 7 days before to 7 days after specified reporting date

It was changed many months ago.

The notification must be made within 15 days before or after 7 days the period of 90 days expires.
