July 7, 201312 yr Have always had low speeds with 3bb, changed from TOT, I pay 590 a month for 10/512 but lucky to get passed 3 some intermittent up to 5 check with various speed test sites, all vary, the service is crappy, gonna go and see them again tomorrow....if they say 10 it should be 10
