Iron hand's Kai Tod (Fried chicken)

Legend has it that the owner of this famous fried chicken stall 'dip' his bare hand in the hot oil!

id like to see that but then again im eating from the same oil---u develop a thick skin on ur hands from cooking--hot pans-plates over time...so it may be true--though IMO stupid--gross..

my buddy who was a GM at a steakhouse slipped and his arm went into the deep fryer 3/4 up his arm!!! crazy story but it healed 100%...is that a chix finger in there!?..or just a fingernail..yuk..

Best Som Tam Laos in Chiang Mai (according to my better half). Opens at 6pm. Called Citirin.

I would be very surprised if any farangs could eat that! Som Tam Laos has to be some of the nastiest smelling and tasting stuff that Thais eat. I fact many won't eat it. They only eat Som Tam Thai.
