Is it just here in jomtien the dogs are all in heat running about in pack of 20 or so nonstop barking all day and nite.

I would not want to get tangled up with one of them packs you would not come out alive scary

There used to have trucks with guys and big nets running around gathering up stray dogs but have not seen this for a couple of years . If you have a problem you need to call the local district office and they normally turn up , but the normally at the wrong time of the day when they are all sleeping in their hide away

they wont bother you if you mean business. dogs were a problem for me several months after moving here.

i found that what i was afraid of was the dogs owner or citizen concern in some strange buddhist scenario, not a fear of the animal.

eventually i learned that nobody really gives a turd, so i strated doing what i would do if there was nobody around

braining the sucker with a fist sized rock. ever since the realization they dont bother me anymore, sometimes im waiting for them so i can go off but they never do.
