Been in Thailand for 4 years pretty much.

Moving now to Florida.

How can I get a tourist visa for Thailand.? Double entry for tourism?

I like the USA years ago but now I don't know if I will like it again.

In Thailand it s so cheap than with little money I can live for years.... But no job there...

Google is your friend the closest consulate is a mail drop away. There are several Honoray Consulates in Portland, Dallas, Denver, and a few others. I have had no problems using the office in Portaland for tourist visa and for non-o.

The Hawaii location is a small office. My wife renewed her Thai passport there (they just make sure the documents are correct and send it off to Los Angeles). Every so often a group from the Los Angeles office will come here for a week or two to process documnets and answer questions. I suspect the office in Miami will be the same type of setup.

Don't confuse Embassy's with Consulates. There is only one embassy and that is in Washington. Embassy's deal with governmental matters and there is only one per country although they may have branch offices elsewhere.

Consulates deal with business and trade and visas and can be in many cities within a country. Honorary Consuls are usually private individuals in smaller cities who are appointed to represent Thai business interests in that city. They are generally in the cargo insurance or shipping business but are usually authorized to issue visa's. Call before going, they usually require an appointment.
