Hello all

As you all know we have been refused the visit visa due to the lack of paperwork provided from the agent I used( Not Visa+ or Thai Visa Express) So what I’m trying to do is get the all the contact details they have and transcripts from the conversation they had with ?? God knows atm??

So the question is:

Has anyone ever needed to do this.

How long did it take to receive the information?

Do you still have any emails Phone number or anything that might help.

I would like to add that I’m not going to appeal but resubmit asap.

Hello if you are appealing you will ask for the UK/BA to give you transcripts of the telephone interview.

They will give you this with the bundle before it goes to a full appeal in the UK.

Just an update boys and girls: sent an email yesterday got one back today They did contact us not by phone but via email. O did I say us ? I met to say agent. That's right they sent a request for more information via email and they never looked or forgot to tell us. So that's that.

I have sent an email to the agent today asking for the money he made me waste but had nothing back as yet.

I'm sure in time he will return all the money.
