bob4you
Meet a large group of them on Sunday (yes, they are not out drinking and partying Saturday night). Pattaya City Expat Club (PCEC) meet 9:30 am at Tavern by the Sea Restaurant on Beach Road at the Amari Hotel. Majority of those in attendance are from US, minority from UK. Pattaya Expat Club (PEC) meet at the Mercure Hotel at 10:30 also on Sunday. Majority of attendees are from UK, minority from US Both have reasonably priced breakfast buffet. Most of the attendees live here and are not 2 week millionaires or sex tourists.
