Anyone know decent, clean guesthouses in Pattaya please? Beach road/ Soi Buakhoa area with prices.

Air con essential, pool a bonus but most of all must be clean with decent bathroom that us not mouldy/smelly,

Decent outdoor pool for daily use is not far down Soi Yume just past and behind Nantana Gardens. An easy walk
