Massage Supply Shop

Featured Replies

I want to buy some stuff to perform an oil massage. Can someone suggest a good shop?

You can get the best quality stuff from Spana just above the UN bar and down from Zoe,or Herb Basics, they have 2 shops one down Thapae rd and one on Ratchamandoen.

But you can get crap stuff (that they use in the cheap massage shops) from waroros market...so I would never advocate that.

expect to pay 800-1000 per litre for good oils and 600bt for 3 to 4 litres of the crap.

I went to Spana and it was a pretty sweet shop for oil!

Do you know where I can buy smaller sheets? I have big ones I can use but it seems wasteful to use a big sheet for just a massage.

yes...seems I am the man on this one. well do you have a bed with a proper mattress/vinyl covered?...ok no you dont....

lets assume as you are trying to copy a cheapo shop you are on the floor.

you need sarongs, for oil just 2, one to lie on, one for modesty!!

get them from the waroros, the small street leading off the bottom of thapae rd...a shop on the left before you get to changmai plastics, sells materials and things......go upstairs and by some sarongs they measure 1m wide x 1.6 long and will cost you 80bt.

Anything else you want? therapist, scrubs, herbal balls..!!

Is this a DIY job hhahahaha, you are kee neo

Ok so if I am coming from the gate and heading into the center of the square, what am I looking for exactly? I don't quite understand the directions.

As you head from the bottom of Thapae road, its one way of course, on the right side there is an open fronted tiny market area selling clothes, always have some dummies on the roadside, aswell as the clothes dummies.

take the right turn there and it leads to the back of the market areas...the shop i refer is on the left about 50m down....and nothing to do with material but they always seem to be selling orchids in the entrance.

good luck
