As sad as it is that another person have to lose life, it´s not shocking at all anymore. This is a very common type of accident in Thailand. I don´t think any other country even comes near. It´s total stupidity to drive into parked vehicles. -

Economy Thailand’s Wealth Gap Widens: Most Bank Accounts Below 50,000 Baht
You misunderstand me... I have written many times already that the daily wages system should be abolished and that everybody has to a get a monthly salary of at least 13k a month with 6 days working from max 9 hours a day...THat means everybody earns about 500 THB a day.. and holidays are being paid too. But this is a few steps too far for Thailand..It would improve life and economy .. In the Western world they have done the same many decades ago, so it is possible to do it in Thailand too -

Community Villagers Demand Action After Foreigner’s Pit Bulls Maul Dog to Death
Who would leave their kids alone with a dog? People can tame almost any animals. Elephants kill over 400 a year, and some of them are their trainers. Some animals shouldn't be pets of course. As many as 5 people are killed every year by deer that were raised since birth. I didn't disagree with that statement, just saying if cats were bigger they would do more damage. The fact remains, even though Pits can cause a lot of damage if they go off, like German Shepherds, Dobermans, Huskies, Rottweilers, Bulldogs and more, the majority don't hurt anyone. I don't defend vicious dogs of any breed, as people are bitten countless times by all breeds, especially if they aren't taught respect with love. I personally don't think the Pits and Rotts should be in a family with small children, just as a safety measure.
