i'm planning to travel to Laos for the first time

i'm not sure if it's also required for a visa, also to Thai people??

i heard that they just changed the rules,

even Thais, we also have to do a visa!

i'm still not sure whether to go by air or bus/train.. from BKK

any of u guys have any good tips to share?

but 'on arrival' means both of whether by air or by road, right? :o
