I promised my ex-wife to buy some southern style curry paste on my recent trip to Phuket......I did,but managed to forget it in the hotel fridge yesterday sad.png .

You may have difficulty finding Southern style curry paste in the fresh market.If so, find a Southern restaurant and ask the owner if they will sell you some.
