November 4, 201213 yr Hi, I've been going to the gym for 12 months now and noticed the following changes... Increased weight - However still the same size 90kg - 99.5kg More definition and strength. Joint aches and pains after running on the treadmill, I've never been a runner more of a swimmer. If you could only eat 10 foods and wanted all your vitamins and to gain mass and definition without the aid of supplements what would the 10 foods be? Mine are.
