yorkie100
....and Tiger doesn't even make the list??? Guinness??? Tiger is a Singaporean beer. Isn't Guinness is Thai beer? Edit Guinness is apparently an Irish beer, who could have guessed. I am aware that Tiger is from Singapore. Are you suggesting that all the lagers/beers on the list are brewed in Thailand? The top 4 certainly aren't so not sure just what point you are trying to make? Tawandang Weizen brewed in Germany Tawandang Dunkel brewed in Germany Londoners Pride Cream Bitter brewed in London This incidentally is the only beer on the list. Londoners Pilsner 33 same as above, but a lager. http://the-londoner....ub-brewed-beer/ Guinness is brewed in Dublin, Ireland. Up to a couple of years or so ago it was brewed from a concentrate shipped from Ireland to Malaysia and then shipped to Thailand. This is no longer the case and is now shipped direct from Dublin. (Guinness too is not strictly a beer, it is a stout). Edited November 18, 2012 by yorkie100

yorkie100
(The whole site is mis-named as over 90% of the drinks on the list are lagers brewed in completely different ways to beer so not beers anyway). I guess you did not find this list. http://www.ratebeer....eWorstBeers.asp Not quite sure what point you are making here PS. Anyhow these ratings are all based on people's opinions and rarely are they the same. No-one is right or wrong. If the product is crap it will fail, if good it will succeed. I think from reading previous debates on the merits of Coke v Pepsi proves this. For the record, Coke doesn't hold a light to Pepsi IMHO.

Mind you most Canadian beers are pretty crap too !!!! ... Getting back to Pepsi, perhaps they have lost too many challenges with Coke and are giving up??? marstons
Maybe its just on the islands, no shortage on the mainland of Pepsi, and cetainly no shortage of pepsi advertising in BKK, whole sides of buildings and BTS trains. Maybe sort its self in a few weeks but i dont think Pepsi will give up here.
CWMcMurray
Just out of curiosity here would anyone complain if they were in a restaurant and ordered coke and got Pepsi or the other way round ? Personally I wouldn't be bothered in the slightest as to me they are the same thing just called a different name. Who if they ordered one and told they only had the other would then order a different drink ? Just curious as said. For a person that enjoys the flavour of one, yes that would be a great difference. But would people actually chose the restaurant based on if they serve Coke or Pepsi? Or would people get up and leave after learning that they serve Coke? I think this is what he is talking about... For me I will normally take either Pepsi or Coke depending on which they have... I have never said " what no Pepsi? Only Coke?, in that case cancel my order we are leaving" Usually.. Waitress says, sorry sir we don't have Pepsi, only Coke, is that ok? And I say, "sure that's fine... I'll take a Coke"... or visa versa...
smokie36
I'd change to beer if there is only Pepsi....can't stand the stuff. Ok I admit it...I wouldn't be ordering a soft drink anyway....

marstons
Pepsi already bought a bottling plant at Amata City Rayong from San Miguel back in February so any shortage should be short lived. See http://www.thaivisa....-off-surakiart/ for more info ref 'new' Pepsi. Purchased a bottle today advertising looked different but was definatly pepsi and said made in Rayong, so seems i bit of a hic up in supply at moment but it is being made.
