I already uploaded my CV and Image (for those interested) into the jobs forum however I will say that it was frustrating to have to reenter all of the form again when it was invalid. Generally any time you ask someone to fill out a form you should retain it's contents whenever something is invalid and they have to go back and try again.

Steffi, thanks for your feedback. We are aware of that problem, and are looking into it, and a possible change to another database software.

Great idea, but frustrating to figure out and use. Hope you can get the whole process much clearer. Couldn't even figure out how to search the job database, or is there nothing in there yet?
