Where Can I Withdraw Or Spend Using My Thai Debit Card In The Uk

Featured Replies

Have recently sold a business in Thailand, the funds have now cleared in my thai bank account.

Where in the UK am I able to my thai debit card? Is it possible to withdraw cash from an ATM.

Thank you in advance

I have no problem to use my Thai debit card in an ATM in Sweden, Finland and Norway.

Nearly all ATM in UK have a PLUS sign and you can withdraw cash there.

I advise you to notify your bank that you will be abroad, so they don't suspect unusual activity and put a stop on it.

I use mine in all ATMs in the UK when visiting. Debit transactions also, although they are so used to chip and pin, often cannot understand why you don't have a pin, and even in big retailers like Tesco don't know what to do. Just explain its a foreign card and they have to do it the old fashioned way with a signature normally does the trick.
