Thai Kids Us Ds-160?

Featured Replies

Hi all,

My Thai GF has a 10 year US visa issued about a year ago. We have been to the US together on one trip. We both live in Thailand with her two kids. I am on a non-O visa. We would like to take the kids with us to the US this spring. Does this require separtate DS-160s for each child? Or, is there a way to attach them to her DS-160?

BTW, kids are 6 and 7. Both kids have valid passports.

Thanks for any help

JJJ

From info found here http://travel.state....forms_4401.html it appears that each child will need a separate application but their is an option to create a group application that will automatically complete portions of the DS-160 after the first one is completed.

Why would your wife apply for a new visa if she already has one?

Thank you very much for the link. I had not seen that. Looks like I can make the 7 year old the primary applicant and attach the 6 year old.

No, I have no desire to request an additional visa for the GF. I thought there might be some way to attach the kids’ DS-160 to her Visa or original DS-160. Just seems a bit weird to apply without mom being the primary applicant, but her name will appear as part of the group traveling.

Thanks again, very helpful.
