Maestro
The general visa requirements are listed on this web page of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Some consulates apply these rules less strictly than others, and the embassy in Manila is among those that follow them strictly. No member reports are available about getting visas at the Thai consulate in Cebu. Tourist visa There is this recent report from a member about getting a tourist visa at the Thai embassy in Manila: http://www.thaivisa....a/#entry5586332 Non-immigrant visa O to visit Thai child For this type of visa, it is best to apply at a Thai consulate in your country of residence. Call the consulate to ask what documents they require.
bangkokburning
My hunch is that it's seen as shuttling back and forth between fleshpots as visas terminate.
