Why Its Hard To Get A Thai Visa From Philippines.. What Their Requirements ?

Always people say that Thai Embassy & Consulate are not friendly in Philippines and like impossible ?

So, what they're requirements, so anyway I have one birth certificate of Thai child from me ( not legitimizated )

but as also for Tourist Visa what they require if someone now..
