Looking For Decent Nanny And Sukhumvit Daycare For 7Yr Old

Featured Replies

I'm looking for a reliable, trustworthy nanny with references but don't know where to start looking - I figured here would be a good start.

Also looking for a daycare centre where I can leave a 7 year old to hang out with other kids a couple of afternoons a week, somewhere on or close to Sukhumvit. Already found a list of these on Google but any personal recommendations will be noted.

If 7 yrs old, shouldn't you be looking for a good school rather than Day care?

Most day cares that I have heard are for kids under 3 years old

After 3, kids normally start at KG1

Sorry, more really somewhere he can hang out with other kids for a couple of hours a day. He will be home schooled. It's too late to get him to a decent school at this stage as he's coming over a short notice.

Most kids will be at school during the day and have seen some Play groups advertised on Bambi website, but most of these seem to be for younger kids (toddlers)

For socialization, given the age, it may be better to think about extra activities like...

Taekwondo or instrument classes or singing or dancing or soccer or something similar

Any personal recommendations?

We don't want to use an agency.

Try kiddy kicks. Sorry just realized they only do up to 6 years old.
