Can you tell me if Ampawa floating market is the closest to BKK or which one is better ?

I don't mind the market and just want a quiet place surrounded by green.

Any hotel recommendation there ?

Couple of confusing and contradictory requests there, best to focus on one factor at a time.

If the concept of a floating market is important, IMO Tha Kha in Samut Songkhram is a good one, but it's not that close to Bangkok, the closer ones aren't as good, check out Google for tourist review blogs and Google Maps to compare.

No quiet greenery near any of them AFAIK.

Quiet greenery right downtown Phra Padang is nice, bikes for rent, take the little cross-river ferry from here.
