FuninPlural
What is it called? What does it look like? Also, a suppository might have to do as I heard laxatives may not always work right away and I need this gunk out of me asap. What is the least embarrassing place to take this up to the counter for purchase?

arthurwait
Just go to the roughest looking food trolley. I'm sure you'll get the desired affect. Have you tried tamarind. Tamarind sweets etc ?
Kalbo
For a good clean-out that doesn't have you spraying everywhere, try a large tablespoon of psyllium husk mixed up in a glass of orange juice. The only way I can describe the next morning is huge, wholesome and very, very rewarding.

TheWalkingMan
I agree with Boots or Watson's. They must have a few products to get things moving, just ask one of the staff members... Remember to drink plenty of water and to stay near your preferred toilet.
Tolley
Just buy a bottle of prune juice and drink the lot. You wont be clogged up for long.
spidermike007
There is a laxative called senekot, that is available at many pharmacies. It is herbal, and really works. It is quite inexpensive.
chuenyongman
Go to local Government hospital. Ask for milk of magnesia. 15 baht per bottle . Worked for me.
tropo
I would suggest a good suppository to get rid of your immediate concern. After that look at your diet and study up on kefir. You'll never be backed up again no matter what you eat.

tim armstrong
I agree with Tolley, go for the prune juice. For a more pleasant experience - about 3 packets of M&Ms with peanuts would work too.
F4UCorsair
Forget any embarrassment. Constipation is just another medical condition, no more or less than a sore finger to medical/pharmaceutical people. Your concern is unloading a heap of gunk that's bunging you up, so just go into a pharmacy and ask the on duty pharmacist for the best thing to help out. Thereafter, to ensure continuity, any one of the already recommended remedies will help out. Do you drink a lot of water? The minimum you should be drinking living in the tropics is 2 liters a day. Sounds like a lot, but if you work on a 250 mL tumbler every hour, the first the minute you jump out of bed, it's easily achievable. Up till lunch, it goes down easily, and a liter is no problem, but the intake slows down a bit after that. You then have from lunch until bed to get down another liter, say 9 hours, 250 mL every second hour. It becomes a habit, and if I don't have my first water within ten minutes of rising, I crave it. Sorry if this sounds like a parent lecturing a kid, but sometimes adults lose track of what's necessary for their systems.
pbeieio
The Thai girls use a tea called fitne. They use it for slimming, but basically it's a laxative. Have a look in the cuphoard, you may have some already! FITNE' Herbal Infusion is a natural herb extract and taken before bedtime serves as a laxative. Presently, many herbs are used for the preparation of laxatives, ...
Gaccha
Easily the best laxative is Bisolax. Not available at Boots or Watsons. It relies on all 3 methods of laxatives; it is the only surfactant i know of. Sent from my HTC Explorer A310e using Thaivisa Connect App
