Tct Waiver Expires Sept 2013, Will I Get A Wp / Non B Extension In March/april

As per the title:

I'm an English teacher, on a Non Immigrant B visa.

My Teaching licence waiver expires in Sept 2013 I think.

My visa expires 30th April 2013

My WP expires 30th April 2013

If I have a new contract, and apply for a new extension on my Visa, will they extend it? Or will they want to see a new waiver (Even though it's for my WP not my visa)

Likewise, after extending my visa, if I goto the labour office, and ask them to extend my WP, will they want a new waiver? Or will the existing waiver be sufficient?

Or will they likely extend my WP, then put a note in it that I need to show them that my waiver has been extended?*

* Slightly different issue to the one above, but this is what they did last time, when I extended my WP before I extended my visa, they asked that I fax them a copy of my extended visa once immigration extended it.

Also I have a degree, and sat 2x tests for my Teachers licence, but didn't pass either. Will I still recieve my 2nd waiver ok? (I haven't done a culture course either, do they still do them?)

As I'm deciding on whether to apply for my waiver before I apply for my visa, or if I should just wait until September 2013 (or maybe March 2014), before applying for a new waiver, so that I can get as much mileage out of it as possible, which should therefore give me more time to pass all 4 exams + do my cultre course etc (As I've heard that 3rd waivers aren't necessarily guranteed?).

Will who extend?

New contract with the same employer or another one?

Nowadays both labour office and immirgaiton will want to see the teaching license, although as always the situation differs a bit depending on which office you use.

You might only get an extension till the date your TL-wiaver is valid, again depends also on the office.

If you have a new job, you need a new waiver and new work permit and new extension of stay after having canceled the old ones.

A second waiver should normally not be a problem, but do the culture test. It will help in getting a third waiver if you can show that you work towards being fully licensed.

Same school, and I want to do the culture course, but I don't know when they are organised, as have never seen them advertised (or when I have seen them, ppl say the govt is thinking about scrapping the course)

Do you know of any culture courses being offered?
