I asked in my local Starbucks but they were not sure , so can anyone recommend the best blend to use for a coffee enema (asking for someone else of course and I only drink coffee the normal way).

Not sure about the blend, but a bum gun with high water pressure should do the trick.

I think that you use a special detox coffee ... available from a pharmacy ... definately not from a coffe shop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Of course he could always use boiled water, but best to let it cool to body temperature first though or it could be a little unpleasent.

I once and only once had a colonic irrigation done by an alternative health hippy lady in the hills of Byron Bay, Australia. It was all very clean and organised. But what threw me was her evangelical excitement about what was coming out of my arse. With a wild frenzied look in her eyes she told me how good it was, and that I should come again,- often. 1. Ask for fine-ground beans

2. Make sure they take them out of the packet first.
