They've all got the winter collections in. I'm not sure why they do this as its not that cold here at the moment. North Face stores in most malls have some warm outdoor gear too. Only had to put my thermal pyjamas on once when the night dropped down to 13 C in January. Coats, hats, sweaters, gloves and scarves are almost never needed in Bangkok.
