25 baht noodles about 3 times a week.

I was in Patts last week for seafood and wine, Big Horn and Beefeaters steak and wine, PBG sausage and mash and wine, PBG burger and wine, pizza and wine, egg and chips and wine...even slurped pussy and wine....but NONE of it was as good as the village noodle shop........which may or may not reflect the standard of food available in Patts of course..!!

Life without noodles? Unthinkable.

Same as the baht bus.

Gave me an idea. Eating noodles ON a baht bus. Now that would truly be BLISS.

I'm hungry now. Gonna cook some wide rice noodles with chicken, jalapeno peppers, and western broccoli in Chinese (homemade) black bean sauce.
