Hi

Does anyone know if a Thai national can be issued with a passport in dire (life and death) emergencies over the weekend in Bangkok. Waiting until Monday may be too late for them. They can't see anything on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website in Thailand.

Hoping previous experience here may lead to a result. It seems they all accept they have to wait until Monday.

If they have to wait until Monday can a person expedite the process to one day. With proof of medical family medical emergency overseas.

It can be done in 1 day, but will depend on the queue. Many of our work colleagues got their first passports last week at Central shopping centre at Bang-na, don't think its open on weekends though
