Where, buying or renting. are you a chief and will you need a work permit or are you going to just sit, eat and drink. General rule, won't bother. Without an idea of what the goals are, advice is impossible. Just some common ones would be 'visa', 'workpermit', 'capital', 'location', 'employees', 'supply', etc..
