I'm looking for a Thai gym instructor that can show my wife how to use the different machines and set up a routine for her to follow.

Any tips would be most welcome.

I know there's at least 3 Thai gym instructors who used to work at California Wow who work out of Tonys. You can meet them at Sports World. There's also one Filipino guy who's pretty good.
