Sister-in-law got pregnant. She was working as a nanny. She got a visa and work permit. She quit after she got pregnant. They cancelled the work permit. She is Filipina. Is her visa still valid? She did not leave within the seven days. Please advise. Thanks.

Depends. If she is on an extension based on work permit, she has to leave the country the same day WP is cancelled. If she is on a standard visa entry (B-visa, single or multiple, 90 days, not extended) the visa is valid until expiry.

............unless she's married to a Thai national. In that case she could apply for a 60 days extension based on visiting the spouse.

If on an extension of stay it ends on the date a person is no longer working and they have 24 hours to leave the country or apply for a 7 day extension. After that date it would be an overstay of 500 baht per day with a max penalty of 20,000 baht.

If on a visa entry then it would not end and would be valid until visa expires.

There is no seven days to leave anymore except for those with extensions from BOI one-stop center. When employment ends you must immediately cancel extension of stay and either leave or apply for a new extension of stay - if you do not qualify for extension of stay you will receive 7 days to pack out for the application fee.
