Price Of 3 Bed Room Place Rental?

Currently living in Bangkok but am tempted by a move to CM.

What sort of price would one have to pay for a decent 3 bedroom house or condo/apartment not too far from the walled town part?

Anything for 20,000 a month? Pool would be nice and not more than 10-15 minutes walk (in the heat) to the old town?

It would probably be a short term thing, 3 - 6 months.

Are there any property sites you could recommend?

A house in town cost much more the 10 km out, there are not many 3 bedroom condos, most are 2 or less. Have a look on our site to get an idea.

It is not easy to find a house for 3 – 6 month, most owners like to have a 12 month minimum

Last year I rented a 3 bedroom condo from www.chiangmairiversidecondo.com

It was near Nimmahimin and at around 30.000 Baht/month for a 6 month stay.
