Me and and my buddies are planning on spending 3 months in Chiang Mai and are looking for places to stay, any help would be wonderfully appreciated. If you're reccomending from an area close some legit options, when we get their; shots on us!

A house for 3 month will not be easy, a condo could be find with 3 bedrooms but also cost much more for 3 month only, most owners want to get a 1 year contract.

How much you guys can pay?

I think you need to calculate with 30000 + per month for a nice one, and don't forget the 2 month deposits most owners will ask you.

We don't want to pay a lot. 30,000 is out of the budget we don't need a nice place. Just a place where we can hook up internet.

I don't know exactly when we are going because we haven't booked our flight yet but most likely between mid. Jan.- mid. Feb.
