Pension For Thai Staff

I have a maid who's been with me for 5 years and is the best think since sliced Mango ...

I'd like to setup a pension scheme for her on top of her salary..

Any recommendations ?

THe standard social security that business employees have is not available for domestic workers. If you are in a position to employ her in a diferent category and enter her in this scheme it would be the most benificial to her. If she leaves she can then opt to pay the small premiums herself.

There has been mention of allowing individuals to join this scheme directly but I am not sure how far they have progressed. This is by far the best as it gives great medical small unemployment and small retirement benifits.
