OMGImInPattaya
I have spotted the Google Street Maps cars here and there around town for the past couple months. I finally got a shot of them while they were parked at the PTT station of Sukie. I guess it won't be long before we will be getting street views of Pattaya on our Google Maps! Soi 6 view should be particularly interesting...married party-boys beware...your face may be immortalized for all to see Edited December 10, 2012 by OMGImInPattaya

BlackPuddingBertha
The last I heard Pattaya had been specifically excluded from Google Street View, presumably at the request of the powers that be. I saw the vans in Soi Diana about 2 years ago and nothing came of it. The Pattaya street view on MapJack got pulled also.

jbrain
re. Soi 6 view should be particularly interesting which end ? enjoy : ) .. dave2 Dave, in the properties of the pictures I can notice that it took you a full day, from 1 May to 2 May 2011, to get from the beach side end of this short soi to the second road end. Could you please explain what happened between ?

cbrer
Like Soi Nana, Soi Six won't be shown. Can't have the realities of morally superior Thailand highlighted now, can we. Edited December 10, 2012 by cbrer

Soi Nana is on street view, so Soi 6 will be there to, and for everyone scared shitless be cool, google street view blur faces, so don´t worry. BlackPuddingBertha
Been here two weeks already .... Longer than that. I saw one on Jomtien Beach Road about 3 months ago (and one in Soi Diana about 2 years ago, as I mentioned). staying at Angket Jomtien Angket? Obviously "view" is not something they need after work then.
Phil Conners
Shall we try to not make every thread turn into a discussion about prostitution. There are other forums that cater for that. Generally I think Google try to schedule their visits to such areas in the quiet early morning hours. Nice looking cars anyway, anyone know what brand? Mazda? xminator
Will be nice with updated pictures, lots happend since the photos on pattayaphotoguide where taken. Images will be daytime I guess, so most of the sois and walkingstreet will look just like any other street in Pattaya.
