Interesting that no green book but clearly has a number plate. If the 'legal riding documentation' was ok surely it wouldn't need a fake plate.

thai interpretation of "legal" can be different

Thai Customs and Excise tell me that ' legal riding documents ' means that the bike has import duty paid invoices AND an excise duty paid invoice which you MUST carry with you when riding the bike or it could be impounded. If the bike doesn't have a green book, then it shouldn't have a number plate. It seems most of the bikes offered for sale by this dealer are the same i.e. imported
