Klong Toey District holds food and tourism festival to revive the community economy

The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) and its Klong Toey (คลองเตย) District Office is holding a food festival in the area to promote tourism and revive the economy.

BMA Permanent Secretary Natthanond Thaweesin (ณฐนนท์ ทวีสิน) chaired the press announcement of the holding of the food and tourism fair in Khlongtoei. The fair involves an assembly of famed restaurants in the district, and sale of 5-star OTOP products from the locality. A bartender competition and Thai-style barbeque competition are also being staged.

Furthermore, cultural performances such as kickboxing for children and other activities are taking place in this district as well. Celebrities are also scheduled to make appearances.
