Source: Thai National News Bureau Public Relations Department - 16 Febuary 2006 Growing up on a Florida beach town, there were from time to time, reports of bales of Marijuana found adrift or beached. "Sand Groupers"I believe was the terminology used by the media to discribe the bits of flotsam, because of their profitability. West coast of FL was a major smuggling area for years, now with the NAFTA treaty they just drive it across the border from Mexico.
